How We Work
We specialise in data driven environments, but that does not just mean laboratories, any situation where you need to collect data, and then do something with it (surveys, audits, stock control etc) we can provide a cost effective solution that works for you.
Research
This first stage is to gain an understanding of what you do, and how you do it. We'll then discuss ways in which the software might be able to integrate with your current systems, how we could improve things and what your expectations for the software might be.
Specification
Then we'll come up with an initial specification for the software and come up with an overall plan. This could be quite general, such as 'we need to be able to track sample locations'.
Creation
After we know what needs to be included then we can decide on the most important areas to focus on, and work closely with you to create the best solution possible.
